Here is a budget-friendly rack with swivel arms that you can attach to your cabinet doors. The swivel arms will lay flat against the door when not in use. Don’t want to permanently attach anything to your cabinets? This portable rack can be attached and removed as needed. It folds up nicely in a drawer as well. When you’re ready to make pasta, just attach it to the bottom of a cabinet or your countertop.
